Shipping policy

Orders are shipped from Northern Norway.

We currently ship to Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark.

Estimated delivery times

Norway: 5–8 business days
Sweden, Finland and Denmark: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier handling and seasonal delays.

Shipping rates

Norway: standard shipping is calculated at checkout.
Sweden, Finland and Denmark: standard shipping is calculated at checkout.

Orders over 5 kg may require a separate shipping quote. If your order cannot be shipped with the available checkout options, please contact us before ordering.

Processing time

Orders are normally packed and shipped as soon as possible. During launches, festivals or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Pre-order and launch products

Some launch products, including Founders Pack items, may have an expected delivery date stated on the product page. These products will be shipped according to the information given on the product page.

Customs and taxes

For orders outside Norway, local taxes, duties or import fees may apply. These are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will help check the shipment status. Beaivi is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
